How do i order on your website?

When you find an item you wish to purchase, simply click the "Add to Cart" button on the item page and it will be added to your shopping cart. Repeat this step for any other products you also wish to purchase. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart you can click on the "Your Cart" button which appears towards the top right of your screen highlighted in dark purple and you can click the "Checkout" button to take you through to the ordering process. Of course you can contact us at any point if you encounter any issues or have any questions and we will be happy to help.

How much is shipping?

Our prices start at as little as £1.95 for Royal Mail 1st class for orders £55 and below.  Orders totalling £55 or more (excluding shipping) are shipped free of charge to you via Royal Mail's Special Delivery next day service (working days only)

How soon do you ship items once receiving an order?

We aim to ship items within 1-2 business days upon receipt of an order.  This is because many of our items are handmade when the order is received.  If for any reason an item will take longer than this before being shipped then we will always contact you regarding this.  You receive an electronic notification when we receive your order and when your order is shipped so you are always kept informed of the progress of your order.

I can't find the answer to my question. What do I do?

Click on "Contact Us" and let us know what your question is. We'll get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.  

I have a discount code, what do i do?

From time to time we may run promotions involving entering a code in the shopping cart to obtain benefits such as discount.  If you have a discount code there is a box near the top of your shopping cart page next to the words Discount Coupon Code.  Enter the code in this box and if it is valid then the discount will automatically be applied

What if i want to return an item?

We hope that every customer is happy with their order but if you wish to return an item to us you can do so within 30 days.

Items must be returned brand new and unused and in full saleable condition.  

A refund cannot be issued until the goods are received new and undamaged in full saleable condition.  
It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay return costs unless an error has been made by us or if an item is received damaged during transit.  The cost of return postage will depend on the size and weight of the item.  We recommend you consult for costs  

If you wish to return an item to us that was sent in error or was received damaged please contact us prior to return for us to determine the most appropriate return method
