Who are we?

The Crystal Cove is a small business based in the coastal city of Swansea, South Wales.
We specialise in 925 sterling silver and handmade Swarovski crystal jewellery.
Since we are a small business we are able to offer customers a friendly and personal service and we pride ourselves on providing high quality products and the best customer service



How do i order items on your website?

It's simple. Browse through our catalogue and select the item or items you would like to purchase by clicking on the 'add to cart' button next to the product you want and it will be placed into your shopping cart. When you have finished shopping you simply click 'checkout' near the top of the page and this will take you to your shopping cart where you will be taken through the checkout process step by step.


How can i pay?

We accept a large selection of credit and debit cards through Paypal. We use this system due to the high level of security it provides our customers. Using paypal means that you do not have to enter your card details on our site and this means that The Crystal Cove never actually has access to your card details.



How much do you charge for shipping?

Postage starts from just £1.95 for orders under £50. Orders over £50 goods total are shipped via Special Delivery FREE. See our terms and conditions for full information


When will i receive my order?

Many of our handmade items are made to order and so we aim to post orders within 2 working days of the order being placed. We contact customers via email to let them know that their order has been shipped.
We send our items via first class royal mail delivery and so you can usually expect delivery within a day or two of posting.




What if i want to return my order?

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your order then we accept returns for all items with the exception of earrings. This is due to hygiene reasons. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless an error has been made with your order.
We recommend you review our full terms and conditions regarding returns prior to purchasing.



How do i know your products are genuine?

Our 925 sterling silver items come from very reputable manufacturers and bear the 925 stamp. We research companies thoroughly prior to including their products in our store to ensure you get the best.
Our Swarovski crystal items arrive to use in sealed Swarovski factory packs and bear the Swarovski holograms so you can be assured you are not getting immitation goods


What if i want to return an item that comes with a free gift?

If you order an item that qualifies you for a free gift as part of a promotion and you wish to return the item then you must return the free gift along with the item
